Yoga As part of the Datta Yoga Center Activities, Tri Yoga and Kriya Yoga classes are taught on a regular basis.
Tri Yoga: A complete yoga method that incorporates the full range of timeless, traditional practices. A fully systematized TriYoga Flow and Prana Vidya (the trinity of breathing, concentration and meditation) from Basics to Level 7 is taught.
Kriya Yoga: Guides a seeker to learn to activate and control the senses and to control the thought processes. By practicing Kriya Yoga, one can harness energy at physical and mental level:
* The afflictions are arrested in their seed form. * It helps one acquire peace of mind and it is a stress management science. * It helps improvement of concentration, memory and health. * It is both a science of meditation and an art of living.
